The basic ZetaDisplay roles explained: What are the differences?

When creating or editing a user you can assign the user to a role. In this article we explain what the roles and their differences are.

Editor

The Editor can create media, tickers and campaigns. The created campaigns can’t be published by the editor, only promoted. The editor can see a preview of the current playlist.

Publisher

The Publisher can do everything the Editor can with the addition that the Publisher can also publish his own and others promoted campaigns.

Publisher Exclusive

The Publisher Exclusive can do everything the Publisher can do with the addition that the Publisher Exclusive can create and publish exclusive campaigns. Read our ZetaDisplay Manual to learn all about different campaign options.

Within ZetaDisplay there are more roles available. These roles contain rights for which some training is required. We do not recommend giving these rights to a user without properly informing and instructing them.
