Swedish interior design retailer Mio has opened a new flagship store in the prestigious Westfield Mall Of Scandinavia. Located in Stockholm, the mall is the second largest in the Nordics.
ZetaDisplay has worked with Mio for over six years, implementing Digital Signage solutions in over 70 stores and working with the brand to enhance the instore experience and environment for guests.
Mio required a Digital Signage solution to assist customers on their journey as they explore this new retail destination. Displays needed to be strategically placed for wayfinding and let customers visually explore the different colourways and finishing options from each range.
Content needed to be able to be managed from a centralised location so that the marketing team can quickly update the displays with new seasonal messaging and campaigns that are being rolled out across all stores.
ZetaDisplay designed the Digital Signage solution to perfectly complement the new flagship store layout, providing digital messaging where it is most needed for wayfinding, product explanations and to help customers visualise the pieces in their own homes.
The display solutions include a 55” Samsung video wall and a series of displays ranging from 50” – 85”, selected to best enhance each environment and showcase information about each specific range.
ZetaDisplay’s proprietary CMS is used by the marketing team to create playlists, schedule content and ensure timely delivery of messages. Content can be updated within an instant and displays can be segregated within the CMS so that the team can post to one display, across them all or to a certain grouping.
