Which image and video format does ZetaDisplay support?

Images need to be in JPG or PNG format and should be uploaded as 72 dpi, 300 dpi images can’t be used in our system. To check if an image can be used in our system. Go to your desktop, select an image, right click and select Properties > Details.

Videos should be rendered as MP4 with a H264 codec. The max bitrate that can be used is 15.000 kpbs. To check the bitrate of a video. Go to your desktop, select the video, right click and select Properties > Details.

If your video exceeds the bitrate, you can ask your publicity agency or supplier to deliver the video with a lower bitrate without any quality loss.

For fullscreen images and video’s it is best to use the following resolutions:

Landscape: 1920 x 1080 pixels

Portrait: 1080 x 1920 pixels
