ZetaDisplay has been shortlisted in four categories at the Digital Signage Awards 2026. These are Company of the Year, Customer and Partner Support, High Impact Application and Management and Control Software. It’s a set of nominations that lines up neatly with the work our teams have been pushing forward: better software, steadier service and more thoughtful use of data.

Company of the Year reflects our expanded creative and technical strength, particularly following the integration of ZetaDisplay UK Ltd in Newcastle. That move deepened relationships with brands such as Greggs and Tortilla and helped us to strengthen our reach.

The Customer and Partner Support nomination centers around Zedda, the AI assistant woven into our platforms. It answers questions, fixes issues and sends clean, well-structured support cases through to human engineers. More than 400 interactions in its first month show how quickly people have taken to it.

In the High Impact Application category, the judges spotlighted our Retail Media analytics platform. Built straight into media players using BLE sniffing, it pairs content playback with live audience data, so retailers and advertisers can see what truly happens in front of each screen rather than relying on estimates.

For Management and Control Software, Engage Suite takes center stage. It’s a modular CMS which replaced eleven legacy systems, now offering real-time monitoring, data integration and automation, along with a Customer Satisfaction score hovering around 4.75 out of 5.

It’s a pleasure to see our work recognized like this. Awards like this are an acknowledgement of the effort behind the scenes. We’re looking forward to meeting the other finalists and celebrating together at the Digital Signage Awards during ISE 2026 in Barcelona.
