CHECK THAT THE DISPLAY DEVICES ARE POWERED UP, THE POWER CABLES ARE PLUGGED IN, AND ALL OF THE CABLES LEADING TO THE DEVICE ARE PROPERLY CONNECTED

Make sure that you are trying to access the portal at the right address: https://secure.zetadisplay.com/pub/ZetaCast/latest/login. Verify this by manually typing the address into the address field of your web browser and pressing the Enter key. Copy this address into your browser favourites or bookmarks and remove any old addresses for the same service. Make sure that you have correctly entered UPPER CASE and lower case characters in your user name and password.
