INTERVIEW WITH ANNIKA RUDOLPH, GLOBAL ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR AT ZETADISPLAY AND INAVATE EMEA 40 UNDER 40

Annika, what is your role at ZetaDisplay and why does it matter to the business?
I work as Global Accounts Coordinator, supporting customers who operate across multiple countries and markets. My role focuses on creating clarity and consistency in complex international setups, ensuring our customers experience a coordinated, reliable partnership across all regions.
How has the Global Accounts function developed over the past year?
Over the past year, we’ve focused on strengthening and scaling our way of working as the number of global licences and international projects has increased. By introducing shared processes that work across cultures and legal frameworks, we’ve built a more efficient and resilient global function that supports long-term growth.

What concrete changes have had the greatest impact on efficiency?
We implemented a global licence management system and adapted our internal processes to support increased scale. In parallel, we introduced a regional vendor strategy, working with trusted local partners in key markets. This has improved response times for customers, increased operational efficiency, and reduced environmental impact by limiting unnecessary transport.
What is the biggest challenge in managing global customer accounts?
The main challenge is balancing local expectations with global consistency. Pricing changes, service updates, and communication styles differ between regions. By combining cultural understanding with clear, shared standards, we ensure customers receive a professional and predictable experience wherever they operate.
What does this way of working mean for ZetaDisplay’s customers going forward?
It means customers can grow internationally with confidence. We have the structure, partners, and processes in place to support complex global setups, while maintaining reliability, transparency, and consistency. This creates a strong foundation for sustainable growth and long-term customer relationships.
