The annual report for 2015 has been made public

The 2015 annual report for ZetaDisplay AB (publ) has been made public and can be seen on the Group web site.
CEO Leif Liljebrunn says in the annual report that 2015 was a very positive year for ZetaDisplay, with growth of 77% and organic growth pro forma including the acquisition of 14%.
“The company’s growth during 2015 and the efficiency programme that was carried out in 2014 are the two most important factors for the company improving its EBITDA results by MSEK 8.6 and making an operating profit of MSEK 8.1, compared with 2014,” continued CEO Leif Liljebrunn.
“At the end of Q1 we acquired Marketmedia, and already by the end of the summer the integration of our business in Finland was complete. With this acquisition we are Finland’s largest and foremost supplier of Digital Signage.”
Finally Leif Liljebrunn states that the consolidation of the industry will continue, and that we shall play a leading role in this development. “With our acquisition in Finland we have shown that we are a model for rapid and efficient integration. This is decisive if one is to create synergy and merge successfully.”
